Beckbury Trail takes place in the beautiful Shropshire countryside on Sunday 17th November 2019 at 11am. Entry is now full to this popular event.
Proudly hosted by LRC Events, the 2019 Beckbury Trail Race starts and finishes in the picturesque village of Beckbury, seven miles south of Telford.
The 5.6-mile Beckbury Trail is a figure-of-eight course incorporating the old Badger Bite route and taking in the villages of Higford, Stableford, Ackleton and Badger. The course has enough hills to test experienced club runners as well as first timers, and mostly follows trail paths apart from one short road section for 300 metres.
The course is fully marshalled and sign posted, with a drinks station halfway round. All finishers receive a goody bag, water and a medal as they cross the finish line.
The course records are currently held by Christian Evans at 33:37 and Lucie Tait-Harris at 41:39, both in 2017.
