Swimming in the same lake as the pros will at the ITU World Triathlon event next year also added some extra excitement.

A big thank you also goes to our sponsors and to all the volunteers and marshals, including 3rd Garforth Guides, Yorkshire Sports Foundation, Leeds Beckett Athletics Team and Legion of Frontiersmen, plus the BTF officials and Manchester Medical Services.”
Sponsors of the Leeds Triathlon include Race Force, Clif Bar, Jabra, Zone 3 and Pro Spin.
The next event on the Xtra Mile Events calendar is the South Manchester Triathlon this Sunday 20th September.
