OSB Events has opened entries to this brand new event, the only sportive on their 2018 calendar, in partnership with Doddington Hall and Giant Lincoln. This will be the second event in their new Lincoln Triple Challenge.
The Giant Lincoln Sportive at Doddington Hall 2018 will take place on Sunday 3rd June and it promises to be a superb day of cycling for all abilities.
Competitors can choose from 3 race distances:
33 miles (see interactive map)
54 miles (see interactive map)
107 miles (see interactive map)
Al cyclists will start and finish at the beautiful Doddington Hall and complete their chosen distance on a safe, well-marked course. All finishers will be rewarded with a bespoke medal, a technical t-shirt they can wear with pride and top quality food to replenish the calories burned.
On the two longer courses, cyclists will pass numerous well-stocked feed stations to keep them going.
Non-cyclists can look forward to plenty of activities at Doddington Hall, so bring along your family and friends for a great day out while you are on the road. A short run course will even be available for anyone wishing to use the event wisely and put in some training for a future event!
The event will be helping to raise money for local charities and great causes such as Acts Trust.
Take out one of their demo bikes and find out for yourself what the Men’s and Women’s carbon road bikes are like out on the open road. Whether you just want comfort on the 107 miles, a bit of everything on the 54 or flat out speed on the 33, Giant Lincoln has the right bike for you!
They also have an extensive hire fleet for you to explore the local cycle paths and area. With a full range of adults bikes, kids bikes, one or two electric bikes as well as a tandem and a trike, there really is something for everyone – and all of these can be ridden at the event!
All Sportive entrants receive an exclusive discounted Powerfit.
