One Running Movement Co-Founder Joe Williams commented, “We are delighted to launch our One Running Movement Adult Solo Virtual & Ring Specials, to enable runners aged 17+ to continue to be active and have something fantastic to work towards during these unprecedented times. For some, it may be the chance to work towards a Half Marathon or Marathon goal for the first time, while for others it might be the perfect incentive to keep up existing training and work towards a new goal. We are doing all that we can to support people and encourage movement, which is a great way to keep physically and emotionally healthy during this time. We would ask all participants to of course follow government guidelines as they do so. We look forward to hearing all about people’s efforts and achievement through our social channels and to developing a community that’s all about positivity, wellbeing and kindness.”
