Collaborations: Ealing Half Marathon
The award-winning Ealing Half Marathon is one of Breathe Unity’s longest standing and most successful clients.
We have seen the race develop as a legacy to the 2012 London Olympic Games and go on to win the title of the UK’s Best Half Marathon at The Running Awards in 2014, 2015 and 2016, taking home Silver in the same category in 2017 and 2018. The race is a firm favourite in the running community, each year selling out to 7,000 athletes of all abilities and nationalities wanting to experience the famous #EalingFeeling. With many runners returning year after year, credit must go to the race which is only in its eighth year and already enjoying extraordinary levels of success.
The Ealing Mini Mile has also expanded to welcome hundreds of young runners to Lammas Park the day before the half marathon event. With a Family Mini Mile for children aged 5 and under, and a number of Mini Mile races for ages 6-16, it is a fantastic start to race weekend and a great way to get families active and involved.
In helping Ealing Half Marathon to get where it is today, here at Breathe Unity we have worked hard to establish strong partnerships for the race with well-respected charities and brands. Our close ties with Alzheimer’s Society and Cancer Research UK have seen these two much-loved charities stand as Headline Charity Partners for Ealing Half Marathon over the past years. With both charities holding a special place in the hearts of many, they have been excellent top tier charities for those wishing to run Ealing Half Marathon and make a difference to others. The race has become an important platform for charity fundraising, helping runners raise over £1.5 million to date.
