Run Mummy Run have launched a brand new podcast this May:
Running Conversations. Real-life Stories from women who run is hosted by Founder Leanne Davies and Co-owner of Run Mummy Run Becs Richardson.
The podcast follows the inspirational women from the Run Mummy Run community whose stories uplift, give hope and inspire every day. RMR runners of every ability, age, size and background will be featured, and the hosts will be talking to women from all walks of life who have extraordinary tales to tell.

In the second episode of the very first series of Running Conversations Leanne and Becs chat to Catherine Mulrenan, runner and Community Manager for Run Mummy Run. Catherine talks about why she started running, how she juggles exercise having 4 children and her journey to becoming Community Manager for RMR. Catherine is also incredibly passionate about supporting the member’s mental health and discusses how the community has helped her in return.
They also chat to BioLite Brand Manager Vikki Thornewell to find out more about their lightweight chargeable battery packs, essential items for carrying on race day to capture all of those race day moments.
