RMR Community Run Club in association with ASICS is open for new memberships

Run Mummy Run is excited to welcome new members to its affiliated online running club, Run Mummy Run Community Run Club (RMR CRC) in association with ASICS. The club is open to all women, wherever they are on their running journey.

The main Run Mummy Run Community is always there for support, motivation and kindness for all women who run.

RMR CRC offers more tailored, specific advice, running sessions and guidance for those who want to step up their running in 2022. They have an in-house coach who sets weekly sessions, group experts in strength and conditioning, Pilates and nutrition, and accountability posts to help you get out the door.
