Volunteer for Cancer Research UK

Cancer Research UK is the Charity of the Year at the Virgin Money London Marathon on Sunday 26th April 2015. Breathe Unity are hosting a cheering spot just after the Cutty Sark and we are looking for 60 people to join us at the Virgin Money London Marathon to volunteer for Cancer Research UK.

Volunteering is a very rewarding experience and gives you the opportunity to actively contribute to a great cause without tackling the 26.2 miles yourself. Sign up now to join the cheering team and be in the heart of the atmosphere!

“We rely on every mile, every pound and every volunteer to bring forward the day when all cancers are cured. This includes our cheering teams, who are essential in making sure our runners reach that finish line!” Cancer Research UK

Did you know that for just half a day of cheering, you’ll be helping to raise over £2.5 Million for Cancer Research UK’s pioneering life-saving research?

We will need your cheering support on course from 9am to 12pm on race day, the Breathe Unity dedicated spot is just after the Cutty Sark.

Register now and before the 13th March at the Cancer Research UK Cheering Team Support page. Please mention that you would like to be part of the “Breathe Unity” volunteering team in the skills and experience box on the form, and then join us on the 26th April to make some noise!

Cancer Research UK will contact you directly with all the details including timing, location and to get your t-shirt size for the day.
